The Gentle Power of Inner Clarity

Private Counselling & Psychotherapy in Luxembourg & Online

Every person makes a difference in a world that is constantly changing.

What positive action can you take today? What goals and dreams do you want to realize?

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1

First contact — clarity and safety

We start with a free introductory video session (30–40 minutes).
This is a space to get to know each other, talk about what is really happening in your life right now, and understand what kind of support would be most helpful for you.
Together, we clarify your needs and outline a realistic next step or action plan.

2

Working with change — gently and effectively

Our work focuses on prevention and sustainable change, not quick fixes. We explore patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours — and look for ways to respond differently to inner challenges.
This may include learning to notice and challenge unhelpful thoughts, build emotional flexibility, and reconnect with what truly matters to you and your values.

3

Ongoing support — resilience over time

When psychological well-being is cared for consistently, the psyche becomes stronger, more flexible, and more capable of recovery.
I stay by your side over time — whether you come with small questions or face more challenging periods. You don’t have to handle difficult moments alone.

If at any point I see that another healthcare professional could support you better,

I will openly discuss this with you and help guide you toward the right specialist.

Whether you’re dealing with something small, or something big,
- psychological help is accessible.

ABOUT ME

IMG_7801.jpeg

In a fast-changing world, every person matters — and every step toward awareness counts.
I work with people who want to respond to life, not just react to it. We focus on developing emotional resilience, psychological flexibility, and a broader, kinder perspective on life.

I combine evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness and reflective practices. I believe that mental health support should be accessible, practical, and integrated into daily life — not something you turn to only in crisis.

I help people feel more in control of their lives, emotions, and relationships — especially in times of transition. My clients are often expats, immigrants, or people going through major life changes.

I offer clear structure, practical tools, and emotional support. Clients say they feel seen, safe, and even a bit lighter after our sessions.

I’ve lived in different countries and navigated my own life shifts, so I understand how disorienting and lonely change can feel — and how powerful it is to find your way back to yourself.

It often helps when you share your thoughts, emotions and challenges with another person.

The key to sustainable change is daily practice. As we eat&sleep, brush our teeth and doing sports, it’s also crucial for our psyche to be cared for every day.
